I am an eighteen year old who likes to bite off more than what she can chew, and on most days that includes this website.

My love for reading began when I accidentally came across Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in the school library. It was the first time I’d read of the bespectacled wizard and I hardly understood the story, but had enough sense to know true love when it looked me in the eye. This is why J.K. Rowling will “always” be my favourite writer. Judith McNaught joined the rank in my late teens, and I also hold immense respect for Arundhati Roy.

I have been blogging (off and on) since I was in class eight and web-designing from about the same time. In addition to blogging, my free time is spent running my book reviewing website, writing and hanging out with friends.

While duties at TV are not fixed, I often get the cutesy light romance novels. I am always open for other options.

I’m an 18 year old that likes to write essays, code websites and dance. I love math and science, I also love logic and reasoning. I’m not terribly athletic and I don’t know how I feel about the color pink. If I could go back in time I would see the first space shuttle launch. My favorite author is C.S. Lewis. What I like about him is that he talks about things from a different angle than I have heard before. He has raised new questions for me to ask while building me up. The best kind of friend I think, I wish I could have met him. I’ve written a lot of reviews for non-fiction books but I also like fantasy and a few books by Meg Cabot and similar authors.

My favourite book of all times is Harry Potter- Don’t laugh! – and I cannot stand it when anyone smirks at it. I like to think I am witty, cheerful and optimistic.
